Chief Solutions Architect

Job Description:

As the Chief Solutions Architect, you will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define technology strategy, architect innovative solutions, and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the organization's solution architecture strategy across business and technology domains.

- Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and resilient enterprise solutions.

- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology roadmaps.

- Lead architecture governance, technology standards, and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership across cloud, data, AI/ML, application modernization, and integration initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

- Guide large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and operations teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

- Mentor solution architects and senior technical leaders.

- Support pre-sales activities by engaging with customers, presenting solution strategies, and preparing technical proposals.

- Drive architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical decision-making.

- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, scalability, and cost optimization requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.

- Proven experience leading large enterprise transformation initiatives.

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

- Experience with enterprise integration, middleware, and API management.

- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Experience in data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data platforms.

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic technology decisions.
