Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Chief Manager / DGM level for BTP.
Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
Department: Commercial Security.
Experience: 12-20 Years.
Qualification: Security Management qualification/courses; Ex-Army candidates with Major rank or above preferred/eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Security: Ensure overall security of plant, employees, machinery, raw material, and company assets.
- Security Policies: Create and implement SOPs for access control, gate entry, visitor management, CCTV, and guards deployment.
- Incident Management: Conduct investigation, RCA, and corrective action for theft, unauthorized entry, security breach, or any other incident.
- Risk Management: Identify plant security risks and vulnerable areas to implement preventive measures.
- Security Training: Provide awareness and training to employees, guards, and contractors regarding security procedures and emergency response.
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
- Emergency Response: Create response plans for major security incidents and ensure timely action.
- Leadership: Lead the security team and operations, and report security-related risks and recommendations to management.
