Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales & growth strategies for diverse property types (residential, commercial).
- Sales Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams to meet/exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Deep dive into real estate trends, competitor activity, demand, and financial metrics to find opportunities.
- Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Align sales efforts with marketing (lead gen) and operations (project delivery).
- Performance: Set KPIs, track sales data, use analytics for forecasting, and report to CEO/Board.
