Job Description:
- Leading a team of Customer marketing for B2C (GT & MT), Heading Sales & P&L for Ecommerce, CSD & Hospitality channels.
- Build AOP, GTM Strategy, Joint Business Plan, Building sales efficiencies, Key Account Management, and Channel Mergers with sales force restructuring, harmonization and capability building initiatives.
- Devise promotional campaigns and strategies to enhance product visibility and brand awareness in the all traditional and modern sales channel.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as regional sales teams, product managers, and senior management to ensure alignment of goals and effective collaboration towards achieving business obajectives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Turnaround specialist with excellence in expanding Market Share, Share of shelves by evaluating performance, creating revenue architecture, and analyzing channel profitability.
- Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales organization, leveraging technology and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Identifying potential risks to sales targets and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
