Description:


- National Sales & Revenue Management

- Define and execute annual sales strategies for all regions.

- Achieve national volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

- Develop region-wise sales forecasts and monitor monthly performance.

- Manage pricing strategy, dealer schemes, and institutional contracts.


Channel, Distribution & Network Expansion:


- Oversee appointment and performance of distributors, dealers, and wholesalers across India.

- Build a robust, multi-tier channel network in rural and urban markets.

- Improve product availability, penetration, and brand visibility nationwide.

- Optimize logistics, warehousing, and supply chain coordination.


Institutional / Project Sales:


- Drive sales through infrastructure projects, EPC contractors, government tenders, railways, NHAI, housing boards, and large developers.

- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and project procurement heads.


Team Leadership & Development:


- Lead Regional Managers, Zonal Heads, and State Sales Teams.

- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure field discipline.

- Mentor high-potential sales talent and develop future leaders.

- Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and marketing teams.


Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:


- Track competitor pricing, product launches, channel schemes, and regional strategies.

- Identify new growth pockets, underpenetrated geographies, and volume opportunities.

- Evaluate emerging trends (high-strength rebars, corrosion-resistant, FE 550D/600, etc.).


Brand & Market Development:


- Coordinate with marketing for brand campaigns, contractor meets, influencer programs, and on-ground activations.

- Strengthen engagement with contractors, engineers, architects, and fabricators.

- Ensure compliance with brand positioning and technical selling guidelines.


Operational & Financial Controls:


- Oversee credit policy implementation and outstanding collections.

- Monitor distributor ROI, profitability, and working capital.

- Ensure adherence to statutory, commercial, and audit requirements.
