We are looking for an accomplished Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead and strengthen our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework at an enterprise level. This is a high-impact, Board-facing leadership role responsible for embedding a strong risk culture across the organization while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview:

As the Chief Risk Officer, you will serve as the primary architect of the firm's risk framework, overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial and operational risks across our equity and derivatives portfolios. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and regulatory bodies to ensure that our trading strategies and business operations remain within the defined risk appetite. By fostering a culture of risk awareness and implementing robust monitoring systems, you will directly protect the firm's capital, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable sustainable business growth in the volatile capital markets landscape. This role is based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Andheri and requires a strategic leader capable of balancing aggressive business goals with prudent risk management.

Key focus areas include:

- ERM framework design and Board reporting

- Market & liquidity risk monitoring

- Fraud prevention and AML rule calibration

- Strengthening internal controls in collaboration with Audit & Compliance

We are seeking 10+ years of progressive risk leadership experience within financial services or capital markets, with strong regulatory acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
