Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with 3 to 8 years of experience in risk management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program to safeguard the organization.

This senior leadership role requires a professional with a deep understanding of governance, compliance, and various risk categories, including credit, operational, and market risk.

You will be a key figure in ensuring the company's resilience by proactively identifying and mitigating risks and fostering a strong risk-aware culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including policies and procedures, to identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic, financial, operational, cyber, credit, and compliance risks.

- Ensure the company is in full compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and present detailed reports and insights to senior management and the Board.

- Monitor emerging risks and develop proactive strategies for their mitigation to protect the organization's assets and reputation.

- Establish robust internal controls and ensure effective processes for incident and crisis management.

- Collaborate with all departments to promote and embed a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders on all matters related to risk.

- Lead and facilitate risk training, awareness sessions, and business continuity planning to prepare the organization for potential disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in Risk Management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of ERM, Compliance, and Governance.

- Proven expertise in managing different types of risk, including Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and Market Risk.

- Experience with risk assessments, reporting, and developing mitigation strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity
