We are hiring Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for our client based at Mumbai.
Requirements:
- The CRO should be engaging with C-suite levels, CIOs and Senior Engineering Leaders.
- Should have a fair understanding of technology and domain - Cloud platforms, Microservices, Platform engineering, APM, Digital platforms, etc.
- Experience selling digital transformation, cloud modernization or platform engineering programs.
- Ability to translate technology reliability into business outcomes (revenue, CX, risk reduction).
- Ability to shape and win complex enterprise deals, and experience selling large consulting or transformation programs.
- Experience constructing large deals more than INR 10-20 crore or multi-million USD.
- Strong value-based / outcome-based selling capability.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles, ability to lead strategic deal pursuits.
- Strong access to enterprise decision-makers, especially in BFSI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to build new markets or business lines, and to scale revenue organizations.
- Ability to mentor and build high-performance sales teams and to create predictable revenue engine (pipeline, forecasting, discipline).
