The role is with a Highly Progressive StartUp which is 4 years old and are highly profitable. - The company so far has been operating on B2B2C model ( Premium Niche services) and have Large global MNCs and Indian companies as their clients. - We are retained by them to help hire a B2C Head as the company moves towards building their B2C focus. - The ideal candidate should come from a Marketing or Product Management background, from Consumer Industry. This is a Revenue role ( Chief Revenue officer ):&nbsp; - Research and analyze data for developing deep consumer Insights. - Analyze and identify opportunites with existing B2B clients to leverage data / relationships, to build the B2C Business. - Productize the service offerings specific to B2C market. - Develop short term / Mid term / Long term plans for the B2C business. - Develop a Marketing Plan ( digital and offline ) for B2C Business, in association with the Marketing dept. - Leverage existing partnerships / alliances to grow the B2C business - Develop Customer experience metrics and drive its implementation.
