
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Solutions Marketing AVP to drive the marketing strategy for our - US Based Client to Managed AI services targeted at small and medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a marketing strategy that highlights the transformative power of AI in solving day-to-day business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define customer needs, build value propositions, and drive market adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Build and execute marketing strategies to promote managed AI services to SMBs, highlighting how AI can automate tasks, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity.
- Content Creation: Create content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories that resonate with SMB owners and decision-makers.
- Customer Education and Training: Lead customer education initiatives to demonstrate how AI can address their unique challenges and improve operational workflows.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns, including direct sales, partnerships, and digital marketing channels.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis of competitor offerings, identifying differentiators in the AI space, such as ease of integration, usage-based pricing, and model customization.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new customers while ensuring a seamless onboarding process and post-sale support to retain clients.
- Lead Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and product features.
- Event and Conference Presence: Represent the company at industry-specific events and conferences to promote AI solutions, creating networking opportunities and showcasing the value proposition.
- Track and Measure Campaign Success: Analyze marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and refine strategies based on performance data to optimize marketing efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or AI sectors.
- AI and Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI solutions, particularly how they can solve business challenges and improve workflows in SMBs.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with small business owners and craft messaging that addresses their pain points, including cost savings, scalability, and ease of integration.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns, setting timelines, and coordinating with different teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified way for SMB audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to drive insights and improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing: Experience in managing digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently while aligning with overall business goals.
