Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own the company's revenue strategy and execution, leading all commercial functions - Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success - to deliver consistent, scalable growth.

- Design and implement integrated GTM strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across enterprise and mid-market segments.

- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to shape business vision, pricing models, and market positioning in alignment with growth and profitability goals.

- Establish a unified revenue operating model, ensuring cross-functional alignment, predictable forecasting, and efficient resource deployment.

- Build and lead high-performing, data-driven teams, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and performance excellence.

- Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making and optimize sales efficiency, pipeline velocity, and customer lifetime value.

- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and accelerate topline growth.

- Represent the organization externally - engaging with key customers, investors, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand and business credibility.

Education: Strong academic background from a top-tier institution preferred.
