What You'll Do
1. Own Revenue Strategy Across Channels
- Architect the integrated growth plan across retail stores, e-commerce, experiences, and strategic partnerships
- Build and lead the revenue plan for the company - from topline to margin levers, by geography, by categories
- Track performance, optimise for trading density, repeat rates, AOV, and CAC/LTV, GMROI/ GMROF dynamics
2. Build & Scale the Digital Engine
- Work closely with product, design, and tech to evolve the Foodstories digital experience - mobile-first, behaviour-led, frictionless and personalised
- Lead growth marketing, CRM, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle strategies
- Enable repeat, re-order, gifting, and intelligent commerce across platforms
3. Drive Retail Excellence
- Strengthen in-store conversion, assortment strategies, and customer service metrics
- Enhance the store-level P&L thinking, membership programs, and frequency-driving initiatives
- Collaborate with merchandising, culinary, and experience teams to create high-impact moments that translate to basket and brand lift
4. Lead Cross-Functional Commercial Teams
- Build and mentor a team of business, growth, category, channel and culinary experts
- Work closely with founders and brand and content builders, operations, and back end teams to unify revenue thinking across functions
- Champion OKRs/ KRA's, data dashboards, forecasting, and team rituals that are agile and high-trust
5. Be a Cultural Co-Founder
- More than a function head, you are a custodian of our values and culture
- You create a culture through the rituals one sets and the environment one creates for all to thrive and grow
- You lead not with ego, but with energy - rallying teams around holistic growth at the P&L level
Who You Are
- 10-15 years of experience across consumer businesses, with deep exposure to retail, D2C or hospitality-driven brands
- Have worked in high-growth, new-age companies - and ideally had a stint in top-tier consulting or venture-building environments
- You've taken a business or a vertical from 1 to 10 - and understand what it means to work through chaos, constraint, and rapid scaling
- You're both a strategic thinker and execution athlete - as comfortable in the store as well as in board rooms
- You lead through others - a leader of leaders, not just an individual contributor with a team
- You're obsessed with the customer - and deeply curious about culture, people, and performance
- You seek to build something enduring and meaningful - not just chase exits or optics
