Chief Resource Officer - Corporate Partnership (B2B) and Individual Partnerships (B2C) verticals of Resource Mobilization section contributes almost INR 100 Crore of funds to the organization. The purpose of the Resource Mobilization section is to ensure continuity of funds towards creating impact, long term sustainability and expansion of approx. 400 projects on ground. Furthermore, integration of Marketing Communication with B2B and B2C verticals is an integral part of the profile. The incumbent will report and work closely with Executive Director and will drive Annual Business Plan of the organization from Resources perspective. Broad segments of Resource Mobilization and Marketing Communication section will be as follows: - Overseeing B2B team at a national level and having direct reporting of B2B Head - Overseeing B2C team at a national level and having direct reporting of B2C Head - Overseeing Marketing Communication team and having direct reporting of Marketing Communication Head - Supervising servicing unit directly both from B2B and B2C perspective
