Chief Projects Officer - Real Estate

The Role:

The CPO will own the entire lifecycle of large, complex hospital developments land feasibility, government liaisoning, design management, project execution, supply chain, and commercial controls working closely with the promoter group and senior leadership to turn long-term vision into physical reality.

What You Will Do:

- Lead identification and feasibility assessment of new project sites, shaping expansion strategy from day zero.

- Own all statutory approvals and government liaisoning across multiple jurisdictions.

- Set the design vision and manage top-tier architects, healthcare planners, and consultants.

- Deliver large capex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Build strong procurement, cost control, and billing systems for multi-project execution.

- Create scalable project governance frameworks as the portfolio grows.

Who You Are:

- A seasoned leader with deep experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects in India from real estate, infrastructure/EPC, or healthcare backgrounds.

- A track record of owning multi-hundred-crore (or larger) developments end-to-end, including government and regulatory liaisoning across jurisdictions.

- Comfortable working directly with a promoter group / Board, translating vision into governance and execution.

- Strong commercial acumen alongside technical depth in design, construction, and procurement.

- Someone who thrives in high-ownership roles with long-term, legacy-building impact.
