Role Overview:

The organization is looking for a senior development and project leader to lead the end-to-end development and execution of multiple mall projects across India.

The role will oversee the entire lifecycle of large retail developments, including design management, planning, approvals, construction execution, project delivery, and value engineering of existing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development and execution of multiple mall projects simultaneously.

- Oversee greenfield developments, brownfield expansions, and refurbishment of existing malls.

- Manage entire project lifecycle from concept design to construction completion.

- Drive design management with architects, consultants, and project teams.

- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, timelines, and efficiency.

- Oversee project planning, budgeting, contractor management, and execution.

- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with project timelines.

- Work closely with business leadership, investors, consultants, architects, and EPC contractors to deliver large-scale retail destinations.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- Min 22+ years of experience with mall development, retail/commercial real estate platforms, or large developers.

- Strong experience in mall development and managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
