About the Role:

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with 10+ years in product management, particularly someone who has successfully strategized, built, and scaled enterprise-grade, SaaS-based, and AI-driven products. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a proven track record of shaping product vision, driving execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

As a Chief Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, AI/ML, data science, and business teams. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom concept and strategy through execution, launch, and iterationensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. This is an opportunity to lead innovation in AI-first financial products, influence product direction at scale, and contribute to shaping the future of personalized wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for specific product areas

- Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and use cases

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, marketing) to deliver high-impact features

- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration

- Use data to validate decisions, monitor product performance, and inform future improvements

- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and prioritize feature development

- Ensure timely and high-quality product releases

Skills Required:

- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an AI startup, fintech background, SaaS, or Enterprise

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong user empathy and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
