Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CPTO will oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge customer-facing applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate should be an expert in delivering high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences, with a keen eye for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of the PropTech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Leadership:

- Define the technology roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.

- Lead the development of scalable and secure digital solutions for customer-facing applications and webpages.

- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies relevant to PropTech.

Product Development:

- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

- Ensure intuitive user interfaces and excellent user experiences for all digital platforms.

- Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align technology solutions with business needs.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Establish best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies.

System Architecture & Infrastructure:

- Design and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure system architecture.

- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and seamless integrations with third-party services.

Data & Analytics:

- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and platform performance.

- Implement advanced analytics, AI, and ML tools for enhanced decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Communicate technical strategies and progress to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Compliance & Security:

- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices.

- Establish protocols for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

- 10+ years in technology leadership roles, preferably in startups or PropTech companies.

- Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing web and mobile applications.
