Role Overview:

The Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product and technology vision of the organization. This role will oversee the entire Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology Operations functions while ensuring alignment with business strategy, market opportunities, and customer needs.

The CPTO will play a critical role in building scalable fintech platforms, accelerating innovation, and delivering secure, high-performance technology solutions for global clients.Key

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and execute the overall product and technology vision aligned with the companys growth strategy.

- Lead the long-term roadmap for digital payment platforms, transaction processing systems, and fintech solutions.

- Partner with executive leadership to identify new product opportunities and technology investments.

Product Strategy & Innovation:

- Drive product strategy across payment solutions, banking technology, and fintech infrastructure.

- Ensure strong product-market fit through customer insights and data-driven decision making.

- Lead product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and scaling.

Engineering & Technology Leadership:

- Oversee all engineering, platform architecture, and development teams.

- Ensure the design and deployment of highly scalable, secure, and resilient fintech systems.

- Implement best practices in software architecture, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and engineering productivity.

Platform Scalability & Security:

- Ensure the reliability and performance of mission-critical payment systems.

- Lead technology modernization initiatives including cloud transformation, microservices architecture, and API platforms.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks in the payments ecosystem.

Team Leadership & Culture:

- Build and lead high-performing product and engineering teams.

- Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.

- Mentor senior product and engineering leaders across the organization.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise clients to understand evolving technology needs.

- Work closely with Sales and Business teams to support large enterprise deals and product positioning.

- Represent the company in strategic technology discussions with partners and clients.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 1822+ years of experience in product and technology leadership roles.

- Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or financial infrastructure platforms.

- Proven track record of building and scaling complex technology platforms.
