Chief Product & Supply Chain Officer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Product & Supply Chain Officer (CPSCO) to spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle across fashion brands. This role is pivotal in aligning creative vision with commercial execution, ensuring disciplined, data-led, and scalable operations across EBO, LFS, and online channels.

The CPSCO will drive range planning, sourcing, production, and allocation-delivering timely launches, strong sell-through, and optimal inventory health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Range Planning & Buying: Lead seasonal/monthly drops, define price architecture, category mix, and OTB planning.

- Merchandising & Inventory: Own sell-through, ageing, markdowns, and replenishment across channels.

- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Build vendor ecosystem, drive cost/margin improvements, implement scorecards, and develop domestic/international sourcing strategies.

- Production & Execution: Manage production planning, capacity allocation, OTIF delivery, WIP tracking, and lead time reduction.

- Allocation & Store Readiness: Ensure timely allocation, store-wise assortment, and seamless product availability across offline and online.

- Process Discipline: Drive calendar adherence, SLAs, proactive execution, and governance frameworks.

- Leadership: Lead Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production teams; upgrade talent and build future leadership pipeline.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as bridge between Design, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance for collaborative decision-making.

Ideal Profile

- 15-18+ years in apparel/fashion retail

- Deep expertise in Buying & Merchandising, sourcing, and production

- Proven success across EBO, LFS, and e-commerce channels

- Strong commercial acumen with sharp product understanding
