Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement cost control measures such as optimizing staffing levels, negotiating vendor contracts, and identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance workforce productivity, reduce overtime, and control benefits expenditure.
- Develop retention strategies, including employee engagement programs, career development initiatives, and competitive compensation packages.
- Ensure vacant roles are filled within a reasonable time frame to minimize disruptions and maintain an agile workforce.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of personnel costs as a percentage of revenue to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor attrition rates, identify reasons for employee departures, and take proactive measures to reduce attrition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement retention initiatives and continuously assess their effectiveness.
- Regularly review the status of vacant roles and take corrective actions, such as adjusting recruitment strategies or reallocating resources, to minimize delays.

Qualifications:- BBA/B.Com with specialization in human resources or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Extensive leadership experience, possibly in a senior HR role within a manufacturing company.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
