Chief People & Operations Officer - Professional Services Firm

A leading multi-city professional services firm is looking to hire a senior leadership professional to work closely with the Founder(s)/Partners in driving the firm's next phase of growth, integration, and scale. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strong people practices, streamlining operations, and creating a unified "one firm" culture across offices.

The role will lead key areas including HR strategy, talent management, office integration, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and process enablement. The incumbent will partner closely with senior leadership on hiring, performance management, culture building, team integration, and expansion initiatives across multiple cities.

The ideal candidate should bring 15+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, law firms, or other knowledge-driven organisations, with strong exposure to HR leadership and operations in a multi-office setup. The role requires a hands-on operator with high emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with founders and senior partners.
