Location : Kinshasa, DR Congo.

COO will manage the entire Store Operations across the country.

Reporting to : CEO

Major Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for the top line sales / sales growth of all Stores

2) Responsible for the bottom line / profits of all stores

3) New store opening / identification of location / feasibility studies

4) Ensuring VM across all stores

5) All operational parameters for a Store : Foot fall / Conversion / Sales / Customer Satifaction/ Mystery Audit scores / Stock-outs

6) Employee Motivation / Performance

7) Employee Training

8) Budgeting / Forecasting

9) MIS report analysis / corrective and preventive actions

10) Training for all Regional Managers

11) Stock availability

12) Competitor analysis

13) Monthly Review meetings

14) Stock analysis and ensuring 100 % availability in coordination with Store team

15) Hiring for all Store requirements

16) Adherence to all Statutory requirements

17) Best practice implementation

18) Stake holder management
