The role covers Technology Staffing (Mechanical CAD & IT Embedded), Onsite Staffing, ODC/Offshore Development Centres, and IBM Sustainability Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and execute business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and align company objectives.

- Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations, ensure productivity, and enhance cost-effectiveness.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, drive budgeting efficiency, and make data driven decisions.

- People & Culture Leadership: Manage senior teams, drive business development and talent acquisition, and build organizational culture.

- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks while implementing continuity plans.

- Stakeholder & Board Management: Communicate effectively with MD, Board, and partners present structured business reports.
