Location : Hubballi, Karnataka

Experience : 15+ Years

CTC : Up to 30 LPA

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive organizational strategy and operational excellence

- Lead large multidisciplinary teams

- Build strategic partnerships with government, corporates, and institutions

- Oversee finance, compliance, and fundraising initiatives

- Scale programs and institutional impact nationwide

We're Looking For :

- 15+ years of leadership experience

- Proven expertise in managing large teams and operations

- Strong strategic thinking and institution-building capabilities

- Experience in Education, Skilling, Social Impact, Development Sector, or large organizations preferred

- Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills
