Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned, result-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Business Head Real Estate to lead overall business operations, project performance, sales coordination, and growth strategy for our real estate vertical. The role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen, and complete ownership of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility for business operations, profitability, and growth
- Drive project execution through engineering and project management teams
- Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards across projects
- Lead sales, marketing, CRM, and channel partner strategies
- Identify new business opportunities, JV partnerships, and land acquisitions
- Liaise with statutory authorities, legal teams, and approval bodies
- Monitor budgets, cash flows, MIS, and key project KPIs
- Implement robust systems, processes, and governance frameworks
- Build, mentor, and lead senior management and cross-functional teams
- Act as key interface with Managing Director, investors, and strategic partners.
Candidate Profile:- Any Graduate with MBA (preferred) in Marketing / Finance / Operations / General Management
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure
- 5 to 8 years in leadership roles such as COO / Business Head / VP / GM Operations
- Strong exposure to complete project lifecycle, sales, and regulatory processes
- Proven ability to scale businesses and manage multiple projects
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
