Chief Operating Officer - QSR/Food & Beverages

Job Description:

- CXO position focusing on rapid development and expansion for a challenger brand in the F&B space.

- Looking at QSR professionals ONLY.

- Own end-to-end operations & P&L, driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability across functions.

- Translate strategy into execution, setting processes, KPIs, and governance to support rapid growth.

- Lead cross-functional teams (ops, supply chain, tech, finance, CX) and build a high performance culture.

- Partner with founders/CEO on expansion, cost optimization, risk management, and long-term scale.

- Own end-to-end operations & P&L across outlets, supply chain, and central kitchen, ensuring profitability at scale.

- Drive operational excellence through SOPs, cost controls, food safety, and consistent customer experience.

- Lead expansion & unit economics, overseeing new store launches, productivity, and vendor management.

- Partner with founders/CEO on growth strategy, capex planning, and building a scalable QSR ops engine.
