About the role:

Our client is a reputed Non-profit Organization Management based in Bangalore focussing on youth mentoring movement.

Job Description:

- Lead the overall operational management and execution of the organization, ensuring organisational excellence during a phase of rapid growth.

- Drive the annual operating plan by translating organisational strategy into quarterly and monthly execution priorities across all functions.

- Oversee delivery of large-scale mentoring programmes and government partnerships while ensuring quality, operational discipline, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Lead and integrate cross-functional teams including Programmes, Government Projects, Program Development, Product & Technology, People & Culture, and Finance & Compliance.

- Build scalable systems, processes, governance frameworks, and performance management mechanisms to support organisational growth.

- Partner closely with the Founder as the senior operational leader, enabling the Founder to focus on strategic priorities, ecosystem leadership, and global expansion.

- Support budgeting, financial planning, grant utilisation, compliance, and organisational resource allocation.

- Coach and develop senior leaders while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.

- Strengthen organisational planning, decision-making, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a senior operations leader with 12-18 years of experience in scaling organizations and leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.

- Strong operational leadership with the ability to build systems, processes, and execution frameworks.

- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, budgets, and organizational operations.

- Exposure to sectors such as education, youth development, employability, nonprofits, social enterprises, or consulting, with government partnership experience being an advantage.

- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
