Key Responsibilities:

- Lead organization-wide operations, programs, finance, technology, and people functions.

- Drive strategic growth, partnerships, and institutional expansion.

- Manage large teams and foster a high-performance culture.

- Build and strengthen relationships with corporates, government, donors, and ecosystem partners.

- Oversee budgeting, financial sustainability, governance, and compliance.

- Champion innovation and scalable impact initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of leadership experience.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.

- Experience in education, skilling, workforce development, social impact, CSR, consulting, or allied sectors.

- Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, business development, or resource mobilization.

- Passion for creating sustainable social impact at scale.
