We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. This is for an OOH platform. As the COO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the company's operations for the specific zone, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of projects and services. You will work closely with the MD and other key stakeholders to translate the company's strategic vision into actionable plans, while also optimizing operational processes, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities : Operational Business Strategy and Planning: - Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Leading and overseeing the NBD & operations team within a specific geographic zone. - P&L Responsibility. - Translate strategic goals into comprehensive operational plans, setting clear targets, and performance metrics for each department. - Conduct regular analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Proven track record of at least 05 years in operational leadership roles, preferably within the digital advertising/ space and time selling or related industries. - COO (South ZONE) to grow the set up and build the business wherein the budgeted revenue for 2024-25 would be 200 crore media asset business.
