- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead a team of 87 people and optimize all operational functions of our manufacturing business.
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Improve plant productivity, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer commitments.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Optimize inventory levels and working capital.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective sourcing arrangements.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Drive operational profitability and EBITDA improvement.
- Monitor budgets, cost controls, and resource utilization.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Support annual business planning and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Strengthen quality management systems and customer satisfaction.
- Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
- Lead and mentor department heads across Production, Design & Development, HR,
- Build a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.
- Develop succession plans and leadership capabilities within the organization.
- Partner with the MD/CEO to execute business expansion plans.
- Evaluate capacity expansion, automation, and technology investments.
- Participate in strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.
- Support new product introductions and market expansion initiatives.
- Quality metrics (PPM, rejection rates, customer complaints).
