Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operational functions of our paint brush manufacturing business. The COO will be based at our Head Office in Noida and will be required to visit our manufacturing facility in Gujarat on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

- Oversee production, supply chain, quality control, and plant operations at the Gujarat factory.

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and optimize processes.

- Manage cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

- Facilitate communication between the head office and factory teams during visits.

- Experience managing multi-location operations with regular travel commitments.
