Chief Operating Officer - IT Solutions

- Minimum of 15+ years of related experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in an Information Technology setting.

- Bachelor's degree required; Post Graduate degree (MBA) preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Thorough understanding of fiscal and human resource management techniques.

- Understanding of compliance requirements and governmental regulations.

- Proven track record in sales leadership and enterprise client management.

- Experience in software services, preferably in a domain-agnostic environment.

- Strong background in closing large deals (10M-20M) and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to balance sales targets with operational delivery.

- This role will have sales and delivery reporting into it.

- The person should also take responsibility of P&L

Role Description:

- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the company's ongoing operations in Bangalore and Ahmedabad.

- As a key member of the senior management team, the COO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in the USA, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision through its operations.

- The COO will be responsible for planning and managing consistent growth of the company and ensuring that the company's operations are efficient and effective through proper resource management.
