Chief Operating Officer - IT

- Partner with the CEO on P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization across business units

- Own the complete HR function - talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, L&D, and retention programs

Operations and Delivery - Oversee end-to-end delivery ongoing and new client projects

- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations within a software, SaaS, or IT services company

- At least 4 years in a senior role: VP Operations, Head of Delivery, Director Operations, or equivalent

- Hands-on experience managing HR and Finance functions in a growing technology organization

- Design and implement competency frameworks and career progression for growing team

- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture aligned

- Manage workforce planning and capacity alignment as the company scales up

- Oversee financial operations including billing, collections, vendor payments, and compliance

- Establish operational KPIs, financial dashboards, and monthly business review cadences for CEO and board visibility

- Support banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capital management in coordination with the finance team
