Job Description -

Required Experience

- 8-14 years in operations, program leadership, general management, or scaling-stage service businesses

- Demonstrated experience building and running a weekly operating cadence - not just attending one

- Experience managing cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and support

- Track record of hiring right and making people decisions early

- Experience in B2B sales or building a B2B sales engine - from ICP definition to proposal to close

- Comfortable being measured weekly and quarterly - by numbers, not effort

- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Hindi and Marathi a strong advantage 7.2 Preferred Background

- EOS / OKR / operating cadence experience (L10, IDS, Rocks, Scorecards) - significant

advantage

- MBA or equivalent management education (IIM, IIT or equivalent - thinking is primary, pedigree is secondary)

- Experience in service businesses: hospitality, facility management, retail operations, laundry, logistics

- Exposure to franchise models, multi-site operations, or business acquisition integration

- B2B sales background in sectors that sell to procurement: hotels, factories, FM firms, hospitals, pharma

- Experience driving ISO certification or quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or equivalent)

- Exposure to industry certifications, compliance audits, or standard-setting in a service business

- Financial modelling and business case experience - project finance, debt structuring, capex planning

- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt - strongly preferred; signals structured problem-solving and process discipline

- COO-C- (Chief Operating Officer Certified) or equivalent professional certification - a plus
