Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with strong leadership capabilities in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, driving financial performance, and ensuring high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments

- Take complete ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, cost control, and financial performance

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards

- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and compliance with healthcare regulations

- Work closely with medical, nursing, finance, HR, and support teams

- Drive process improvements, patient experience initiatives, and service quality

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and resource utilization

- Ensure adherence to NABH / regulatory standards and internal policies
