Support the MD & Group CEO in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation.

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations to lead the operational backbone of a large-scale, high-growth NBFC based in Gurugram. In this pivotal leadership role, you will orchestrate the end-to-end operational framework, ensuring seamless integration between credit underwriting, risk management, and product delivery.

You will work closely with the Board, executive leadership, and cross-functional department heads to drive business scalability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your strategic oversight will directly influence the company's bottom line, ensuring that our financial products are delivered with precision while maintaining a robust risk-adjusted growth trajectory for our diverse customer base.

CA Must:
