Together with CEO and the Management Team manage relationship with third parties like local government, tax and banks. e. Actively Manage Processing Cost/ton to remain within agreed levels f. Maintain service levels to customers, whether internally or externally, at the highest levels by focussing on matters like timely shipments, complaint levels g. Together with procurement team work on improving procurement practice with clear strategy and procedures as well as the expansion of our Farmer's Partnership Programme h. Initiate and coordinate investment plans. i. Prepare annual budget and, after agreement with CEO take responsibility for achieving the financial targets. j. Ensure that to the best of your knowledge the monthly reporting package contains true full and substantially correct information and is submitted to group level on time. k. In all actions and undertakings you will comply with Group Guidelines and Group Business Principles as issued from time to time. Furthermore, you will endeavor that other members of your staff will do the same.
