Chief Operating Officer - Engineering Firm

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a leading Engineering firm to lead a diverse cross functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Governance.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 8-10 years in a senior operational role (Chief Operating Officer, SVP - Operations, or similar).

- Strong exposure to infrastructure, engineering, or related heavy-project industries.

- Proven track record in managing integrated P&Ls exceeding - 500 Crores.

- Demonstrated success in both B2G and B2B business models with expertise in government tender processes and commercial negotiations.

- Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and EHS functions.
