Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Calicut, Kerala (with international travel to Riyadh as required)

Role Overview:
The COO will be the operational backbone of DIMOIS Group, ensuring seamless functioning and growth of all institutions under the group. This role requires driving execution of the founders' vision, managing cross-border operations, and building scalable systems for academic and business success.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead operations across Dojox (Calicut), DIMOIS Institute (Riyadh), DIMOIS Training Institute (Riyadh), and AIMER B-School.
- Translate strategic goals from the founders into actionable operational plans.
- Establish strong systems for admissions, academic delivery, student services, and placements.
- Build and manage high-performing leadership teams at each institution.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and Saudi educational regulations.
- Monitor institutional KPIs and create structured reporting for the Founders Office.
- Drive expansion initiatives and scale Dojox as a Sales-focused education model.
- Foster international collaborations with universities, corporates, and industry bodies.
- Work closely with the CFO to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Represent the Group in strategic forums, industry events, and partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent (Operations/General Management/Education Management preferred).
- 4+ years of leadership experience, ideally in education, training, or multi-venture operations.
- Proven track record of scaling institutions or businesses.
- Strong leadership, execution, and organizational management skills.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and international coordination experience.
