Chief Operating Officer - EdTech

About the Role:

We are an ambitious EdTech company on a mission to scale impactful learning solutions. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take charge of our operational execution and lead cross-functional teams towards aggressive growth milestones. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies across departments

- Lead daily operations across sales, support, content, and product functions

- Work closely with the CEO and founders to align on vision and strategy

- Drive growth, retention, and efficiency through data-driven operations

- Build and nurture high-performing teams and culture

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance with the CFO

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-tech

- Proven track record in scaling startups (Series A to growth stage)

- Expertise in sales operations, customer success, and cross-functional leadership

- Strong decision-making skills, with a hands-on leadership approach

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred

Good to Have:

- Prior entrepreneurial or founder experience

- Exposure to K-12, test prep, or upskilling domains

- Familiarity with OKRs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
