Description: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our B2C business operations in Qatar. This executive role demands a visionary leader with deep experience in manpower outsourcing, call center management, and consumer service delivery.
The COO will be responsible for full P&L ownership and driving operational efficiency, growth, and compliance across the B2C vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership: Lead the overall B2C business, developing and executing strategy for profitable growth and operational scalability.
P&L Accountability: Own and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L), including budget management, cost control, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Service Excellence: Oversee day-to-day B2C operations, including manpower outsourcing and call center activities, to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Compliance & People: Ensure operations comply with Qatar labor laws and regulations. Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Business Development: Identify new business areas, service lines, and client segments for expansion within the Qatar B2C market.
