# 3 Critical Criteria for this role -
1. Strong Experience in Digital Transformation
2. Experience in the Distribution of Products and Services via partners
3. Strong People Experience (Employees, Distribution Partners, Customers, basically all stakeholders of the Company)
Purpose:
To partner with the CEO in shaping and executing the Company's next phase of growth. The COO will play a pivotal role in reimagining how the organization operates and grows- driving innovation, digital transformation, and long-term scalability.
This is a strategic leadership role that balances vision with execution, ensuring that every idea contributes to building a smarter, faster, and future-ready Company.
1. Ideation to Execution:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, co-creating direction and ensuring ideas are converted into action.
- Drive organizational focus and rhythm so that bold ideas move seamlessly from vision to measurable impact.
2. Digital Transformation:
- Lead the reinvention of the company through technology and innovation.
- Introduce digital tools, data systems, and automation that enable smarter decision-making, stronger customer engagement, and more efficient ways of working.
3. Operational Excellence:
- Architect a high-performing organization built on efficiency, clarity, and consistency.
- Design systems and structures that make operations scalable and self-sustaining
4. Data-Driven & Performance-Oriented:
- Create a culture of data-led decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish mechanisms to track progress, measure outcomes, and translate insights into better strategy and execution.
5. Growth & Business Reinvention:
- Identify and build new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue models aligned with the evolving travel and luxury landscape.
- Challenge the status quo to expand the Company's market presence and unlock new growth vectors.
6. Leadership & Change Management:
- Inspire a culture of ownership, agility, and forward thinking.
- Be the bridge between vision and execution, strategy and culture, today and tomorrow.
Experience & Profile:
- 12-18 years of senior leadership experience in operations, transformation, or business growth roles- ideally in travel, hospitality, or service-driven industries.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change, digital transformation, and sustainable business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to convert ideas into business outcomes.
- A modern leader- ambitious, data-driven, collaborative, and capable of influencing at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial in mindset, with both visionary thinking and execution depth.
