The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the primary architect of the company's operational strategy, overseeing the end-to-end execution of high-value construction projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that all civil engineering initiatives meet stringent quality, safety, and financial benchmarks. By aligning field operations with corporate objectives, the COO will drive the organization's growth, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the successful delivery of landmark commercial projects across the region.

Ideal Profile:

- Min. 3 years as VP-Project Operations or equivalent

- Grown through project execution, on-site delivery

- Commercial Construction experience

- Core EPC / turnkey / contracting background
