Chief Operating Officer - Civil/Composite & Structural Steel Business

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute market entry strategies for Captive Projects, leading the Civil, Composite, and Structural Steel business across India.

- Identify, evaluate, and secure business opportunities in Structural Steel, Civil, and Composite projects, focusing on niche market segments aligned with the organization's strengths and brand values.

- Drive business growth, profitability, and return on investment (ROI) through strategic planning and operational excellence.

- Develop execution plans by translating leadership objectives into clear milestones, deliverables, and performance targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to shape business and go-to-market strategies.

- Lead the tendering and contract management process for new and existing projects, ensuring compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements while optimizing contractual outcomes.

- Oversee end-to-end project management from conceptualization through construction, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Optimize business operations by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs across projects.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve business challenges, enhance project execution, and strengthen client relationships.

- Ensure effective implementation of organizational policies, IMS/QHSE standards, and operational procedures across project sites, factories, and the Head Office.

- Conduct IMS/QHSE internal audits, support process owners in closing audit observations and NCRs, and drive continuous process improvement.

- Lead fundraising initiatives, strategic planning, business development, and operational activities for the Project Management & Engineering vertical.
