As we scale from a $10M business to $20-30M and beyond, we're seeking a C Level professional who can steer technology and product strategy while also playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's future growth trajectory.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and visionary individual who combines strong technical depth with business leadership. The position will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technology roadmap, ensuring product innovation and reliability at scale, and partnering with leadership on growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Product Leadership

- Define and deliver the technology and product vision, aligned with business growth objectives.

- Ensure platforms handle large-scale search queries and personalization decisions with high availability and sub-second performance.

- Oversee adoption of modern architectures and tools (Java, Go, Python, NoSQL databases, Kafka, Redis) while maintaining focus on business outcomes, not just technology.

- Drive innovation in AI/ML to strengthen the company's competitive edge in eCommerce discovery.

Business Growth & Strategy

- Partner with core leadership to scale the company's revenue from $10M to $20-30M in the next phase of growth.

- Align product and tech strategies with market needs, GTM strategy, and customer value creation.

- Provide thought leadership on how technology investments directly drive business outcomes (customer retention, revenue growth, global adoption).

Leadership & Culture

- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing product, engineering, and data teams.

- Foster a culture of speed, ownership, and innovation, aligned with business goals.

- Attract top global talent and build organizational depth to support scale.

Customer & Market Orientation

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML, SaaS, and eCommerce discovery.

- Engage directly with strategic customers to understand challenges and co-create solutions.

- Represent the company externally as a thought leader and strategic partner in the eCommerce ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS/eCommerce/AI-driven technology businesses.

- Proven success in scaling businesses from ~$10M to $20M+ ARR.

- Strong technical credibility (experience with Java, Go, Python, cloud-native architectures, NoSQL, Kafka/Redis) balanced with strategic and commercial orientation.

- Deep experience managing high-scale, high-volume systems with billions of data interactions.

- Ability to bridge technology and business, turning product and engineering into direct drivers of growth.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and represent the company globally.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, and CEO material in the making.
