Client : People solutions and workforce services organization
Role :
- Full ownership of multi-country operations across India & outside of India
- Design and execution of transformation programs to reduce manual dependency through automation, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Build robust operating systems supporting high-volume hiring, payroll accuracy, onboarding, compliance, associate care, and financial controls.
- Establish KPI-led governance, performance transparency, and continuous improvement discipline.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on operational strategy aligned to growth in staffing, outsourcing, and managed workforce solutions.
- Build a process-driven, scalable organization with strong accountability and succession readiness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in BPO, outsourcing, or large service-led organizations.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-country operations
- Strong exposure to digital transformation, automation, and process excellence frameworks.
- Experience with P&L ownership or operational budgeting.
- Prior exposure to offshore or shared services centers preferred.
