Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee centralized operations for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Facility Management to ensure seamless business functioning.
- Control operational losses and prevent revenue leakage through effective monitoring and process controls.
- Implement and monitor systems to capture customer feedback, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and initiate process improvements.
- Ensure timely compliance with Board and Committee commitments.
- Centralize and ensure prompt submission of regulatory returns in adherence to statutory requirements.
- Lead automation initiatives to scale operations and improve efficiency.
- Reconcile and rectify General Ledger (GL) and intermediary accounts within defined timelines.
- Optimize operational costs through strategic vendor negotiations and process automation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational risk management, and process automation.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
