Role Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the operational backbone of the organization, reporting directly to the Founder and overseeing the seamless execution of business strategies. This role involves managing the end-to-end operational framework, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring that the firms service delivery remains agile and scalable. You will work closely with department heads and stakeholders to align operational output with the companys broader financial goals, ensuring that the firm maintains its competitive edge in the executive search market while fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end P&L management to ensure the firm achieves its annual revenue targets and maintains healthy profit margins across all service lines.
- Drive Revenue Operations by streamlining the sales pipeline, optimizing conversion metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize consultant productivity.
- Implement Growth Hacking methodologies to identify new market opportunities, diversify the client portfolio, and accelerate the firms market penetration.
- Oversee the operational infrastructure, ensuring that technology, reporting, and administrative processes support the firms growth trajectory and client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans, ensuring accountability and transparency across all business units.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that internal talent is aligned with the firms long-term objectives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle P&L responsibilities within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proven ability to design and execute Revenue Operations frameworks that improve efficiency and drive top-line growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage Growth Hacking techniques to scale operations and penetrate new market segments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high levels of engagement and operational oversight.
- A minimum of 14 to 22 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in leadership roles within the recruitment, consulting, or professional services industry.
- A postgraduate degree from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong academic foundation and strategic thinking capability.
