Chief Operating Officer - AMC

Job Purpose:

Lead the organization's overall operations, driving operational excellence, business growth, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end business operations and translate strategy into scalable operating models.

- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.

- Implement AI, automation, and technology solutions to enhance productivity and resilience.

- Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls.

- Oversee fund management operations and maintain robust operational frameworks.

- Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and customer experience.

- Lead cross-functional teams and support organizational growth initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- 15+ years of leadership experience in Banking, Financial Services, Asset Management, Insurance, or FinTech.

- Strong exposure to operations management, corporate governance, risk & compliance, and business transformation.

- Proven experience in digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
