Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple solar EPC and renewable energy projects.

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.

- Drive timely execution of projects while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.

- Supervise engineering, project management, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance teams.

- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and operational reviews.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and project resources.

- Take ownership of P&L, project profitability, operational costs, and revenue performance.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

- Build strong relationships with customers, EPC partners, government authorities, consultants, and vendors.

- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Establish KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and best operational practices across locations.

- Lead and mentor regional operations teams, ensuring high employee engagement and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and HSE policies.

- Collaborate with business development, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to support organizational growth.

- Present operational updates, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Solar Energy or Renewable Energy sector.

- Must currently be working in a leadership role such as:

5. Head of Projects & Operations

- Strong experience in managing multiple large-scale solar projects simultaneously.

- Hands-on exposure to project execution, engineering operations, commissioning, and maintenance.

- Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency and business profitability.

- Proven expertise in handling cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.

- Candidates currently based in Delhi/NCR, Lucknow, or other North India locations will be preferred.
